I have a large home with a lot of precast stone, large dock and large covered patio with a circular driveway. Josh came on time and did an incredible jo was detailed and extremely conscientious and before his finished he made sure every spot was cleaned.
Josh is amazing! Prompt and reliable. I used him for our roof and back porch. He took great care of our plants/outdoor furniture. Best of all, he left the place immaculate. I would recommend him to anyone.

Today OCD cleaned our roof. I met Josh and can say he is a hard working person, and he did a great job. Cleaning a roof is a messy proposition, and when he was done, he cleaned all the areas around the house. I also found his rates to be reasonable. I highly recommend him.

OCD I PRESSURE CLEANERS IS FANTASTIC!!!! I CALLED SEVERAL PRESSURE CLEANING COMPANIES TO COME OUT AND CLEAN MY 2 CAR GARAGE & DRIVEWAY PLUS THE BACK PATIO BY THE POOL AREA. A FEW DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THE COMPANY I USED THE LAST TIME CALLED ME BACK AND GAVE ME A RATE HIGHER THEN THEY DID THE JOB THE LAST TIME. A RETURN CUSTOMER.
I CALLED OCD AND WITHING 15 MINUTES JOSH RETURNED MY CALL. HE GAVE ME A PRICE WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE AND I ASKED IF HE CAN DO BETTER THEN ANOTHER COMPETITOR I HAD A QUOTE FROM. WITHOUT HESITATION HE DID BY 20%. I SCHEDULED THE JOB FOR SATURDAY 08/08/2015 HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD.
I HAVE USED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES IN THE PAST.... ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT JOSH OUTDID ALL OF THEM. HES VERY PERSONABLE HAS A GREAT WORK ETHIC AND THE JOB HE DID WAS AMAZING. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE BY CLEANING THE TILES IN MY POOL.... I COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. FOR YOUR NEXT CLEANING JOB GET JOSH... & OCD PRESSURE WASHING...
HE WILL BE BACK NEXT MONTH TO DO MY ROOF AND ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF MY HOUSE...
